Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Package Your Frames

Place your eyewear in its original protective case and shipping box to ensure the frames arrive back to our warehouse in perfect condition.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
